Case Study 4: Coupling

The fictitious O’Riley family is a newly married, mixed race, heterosexual couple who dated in high school and broke up and then got back together in college and have now graduated with their BS degrees. During the time of the break up the woman was date raped by a man after attending fraternity party and as a result ended up pregnant and having an abortion. Since then the couple has been pro-choice and are using birth control until they’re ready to have children. They have job offers from companies that would have them relocate to either the Chicago or Atlanta area.

You have been hired by your employer to help the family decide in which of the two areas they would be more likely to flourish, given the U. S. Supreme Court’s recent overturning of Roe v. Wade. Please take into account medical access and medical costs, along with healthcare affordability in both areas as well as other cost of living factors, such as race/ethnicities, housing, including utilities, air and water quality, food, safety, auto and homeowner’s insurance, local laws about animals, schools, healthcare availability and affordability, public works (libraries, entertainment, recreation facilities, multi-purpose trails, etc.), transportation infrastructure, including roads, traffic, and commute time) and social services, places of worship, household income, state and local taxes (city and county and fuel), shopping centers, including grocery stores.

In the requested written your report, include a comparative analysis of the two areas with a chart, your recommendation, and highly credible and trusted sources of information/references.
