The title for this part (2. For the Show) alludes to a children’s rhyme, which in its entirety reads:
One for the money,
Two for the show;
Three to make ready,
And four to go.
It signifies a countdown before a race, game, or other task. As with the following modules, it highlights the exciting but halting pace of waiting and preparing for something to start.
In this part of the book, you will find resources and other information to help you put your plan into action and follow through on producing your show. By the end of this part of the book, you will have your show finalized and be ready to bring it to life.
